It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of their shipment, taking into account the usual delivery times indicated on our website, and to submit a claim as soon as possible if any incident arises, so that we can resolve it promptly.

2. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from purchase confirmation, excluding public holidays. Some products are handcrafted, which means the shipping time may be affected by a few days, and up to a maximum of two weeks.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer different shipping options: FREE (for orders above a minimum amount), STANDARD and EXPRESS. The shipping company Huellas de Ibiza currently works with is Correos.

4. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the shipping method selected. These times may range from 1 to 2 weeks. Huellas de Ibiza is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be FREE for the customer, provided that the order exceeds the minimum amount established at the time (otherwise, the shipping cost will be the one established at that moment). These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

6. Shipment Tracking: We will provide tracking information once the order has been dispatched. You can track the status of your shipment through our website, via the link provided, or by contacting us through WhatsApp at +34 679 54 52 77.

7. Shipping Address: The customer must ensure that all their details and delivery address are entered correctly when placing the order. If the courier returns the parcel to us due to delivery being impossible (because the customer refuses the parcel, has provided incorrect details, or the recipient cannot be located), Huellas de Ibiza will not be responsible for the resulting costs, and a partial refund will be issued, deducting the return cost from the price of the product.

8. Receipt of Products: Upon receiving your order, please make sure to check the integrity of the parcel. If there are any visible damages to the packaging, please inform the courier and contact us via WhatsApp at +34 679 54 52 77.
