CANCELLATIONS

At Huellas de Ibiza we work hard to offer the best possible shopping experience, so we want to clearly explain how cancellations work:

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, we start processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery.

  • You may request a cancellation at no cost, provided that the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you may handle it as a return once you receive it.

To request a cancellation, please write to our customer service as soon as possible, indicating your order number.

2. Orders with Personalised or Handled Products

For products that involve manual handling, specific preparation, or the use of materials (such as the Kit Eternidad and its components):

  • These cannot be cancelled once their processing has begun.
  • Cancellations will also not be accepted if the order includes products that, due to their nature, cannot be put back on sale.

3. Promotions and Discounts

If the order was placed under a promotion, discount, or special conditions:

  • Cancellation will result in the loss of these conditions, should the order be placed again at a later date.

4. Refunds

If the cancellation is accepted:

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
  • The timeframe may vary depending on the bank, but it is normally completed within a maximum of 5-10 business days.
