SIZE "XXS" (1.5kg - 3kg): Small Chihuahua, Small Toy Yorkshire, Small Miniature Pinscher, Small Bichon Maltese, Small Toy Poodle, Small Papillon, Russian Toy, Mini "toy" mixed breeds.

SIZE "XS" (3kg - 5.5kg): Chihuahua, Small Pomeranian, Bichon Maltese, Mini Poodle, Robust Yorkshire, Kaninchen Dachshund, Small compact mixed breeds.

SIZE "S" (5.5kg - 9.5kg): Pomeranian, Small Jack Russell, Mini Dachshund, Shih Tzu, Robust Mini Poodle.

SIZE "M" (9.5kg - 15kg): Robust Jack Russell, Cavalier King Charles, Standard Dachshund, Pug, Cocker.

SIZE "L" (15kg - 24kg): Border Collie, Andalusian Bodeguero, French Bulldog, Giant Poodle, Golden Retriever, Beagle, Dalmatian.

What material are the harnesses and collars made of?

• Our harnesses and collars are made from high-quality neoprene, a resistant, comfortable, and quick-drying material, ideal for all types of activities and weather conditions.

How can I choose the correct harness size for my dog?

• We offer a size guide on our website. Measure your dog's neck and chest and compare it with our size chart to ensure you choose the right size.

Are the harnesses and collars adjustable?

• Yes, our harnesses and collars are adjustable to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for your dog. Make sure to adjust them correctly to prevent your pet from escaping or the harness causing discomfort.

How do I clean the harnesses, collars, and leashes?

• You can easily clean our products with water and mild soap. We recommend not using bleach and air drying to maintain the material's quality.

Are the leashes strong and durable?

• Yes, our leashes are designed to be durable and strong. We use high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure the safety and durability of our leashes.

What is a poop bag dispenser and how does it work?

• Our poop bag dispensers are accessories designed to conveniently carry bags for collecting your dog's waste during walks. They can be easily attached to our leashes or harnesses.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

I have not received the order confirmation email, what can I do?

• Don't worry! Check that the email address entered when placing the order was correct. Also, check your spam/junk mail folder or the Promotions section of your email, in case the email ended up there. If everything is correct and you can't find the email, you can write to us by email, Instagram, or chat and we will confirm if everything is in order.

Can I wash the products?

• Of course! If your furry friend gets any product dirty, you can wash it. We recommend hand washing with cold or warm water using neutral or specific handwashing soap. Afterward, hang and air dry. Do not use a dryer, as plastic elements could deteriorate.

How can I use a Discount Code?

• Discount codes or coupons must be redeemed at the time of checkout, in the "discount code" box, by clicking Apply.
  You should consider the specific conditions of the coupon for it to be applied successfully. Typically, coupons are not applicable to other promotions, nor are they valid during sales campaigns, Black Friday, etc.

What are the payment methods?

• At Huellas de Ibiza, we offer you the option to pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. You can also conveniently split your purchase into 3 interest-free installments with Scalapay.
  All payments are processed by verified and fully trusted payment service providers. We do not store any data related to your credit card or any confidential payment information.

What are the shipping costs?

• Shipping costs will be FREE for the customer as long as the minimum order amount established at that time is exceeded (otherwise the shipping cost will be €4.90). These costs will be clearly displayed during the purchase process. You can find all the detailed information in the Shipping Policies and Refund Policy sections.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• From the moment you place an order, it can take us between 1 to 2 business days to process it and hand it over to our carriers.
  Once dispatched, shipments usually take between 3-5 days.
  To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, it usually takes approximately 4 to 7 business days, although during periods of high demand, shipping times may be longer. Occasionally, shipping times may be longer due to customs processing.
  Please note that during periods of high activity such as sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, due to force majeure, or logistical incidents with the transport company... there may be delivery delays beyond Huellas de Ibiza's control. We will always try to get your package to you as soon as possible. You will be able to track your shipment using the code you will receive in your email when the package has been sent.
