SIZE "XS" (1.5kg - 3kg): Small Chihuahua, Small Toy Yorkshire, Small Miniature Pinscher, Small Maltese Bichon, Small Toy Poodle, Small Papillon, Russian Toy, Mini "toy" mixed breeds.

SIZE "S" (3kg - 4.5kg): Chihuahua, Maltese Bichon, Small Mini Poodle, Robust Yorkshire, Small Kaninchen Dachshund, Small compact mixed breeds.

SIZE "M" (4.5kg - 7kg): Pomeranian, Small Jack Russell, Robust Kaninchen Dachshund, Small Mini Dachshund, Shih Tzu, Robust Mini Poodle.

SIZE "L" (7kg - 10kg): Robust Jack Russell, Cavalier King Charles, Robust Mini Dachshund, Standard Dachshund, Small Pug.

What material are the harnesses and collars made of?

• Our harnesses and collars are made of high-quality neoprene, a resistant, comfortable, and quick-drying material, ideal for all types of activities and weather conditions.

How can I choose the correct harness size for my dog?

• We offer a size guide on our website. Measure your dog's neck and chest and compare it with our size chart to ensure you choose the correct size.

What is the difference between body harnesses and adjustable harnesses?

• Adjustable harnesses have more room for adjustment and can be opened or tightened more, while body harnesses are fixed sizes that do not allow for that margin of adjustment. Adjustable harnesses are put on by slipping them over the dog's head, whereas body harnesses are not, as they are put on through the legs.

How are the harnesses, collars, and leashes cleaned?

• You can easily clean our products with water and mild soap. We recommend not using bleach and air-drying to maintain the quality of the material.

Are the leashes strong and durable?

• Yes, our leashes are designed to be durable and resistant. We use high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure the safety and durability of our leashes.

What is a poop bag dispenser and how does it work?

• Our poop bag dispensers are accessories designed to conveniently carry bags for collecting your dog's waste during walks. They can be easily attached to our leashes or harnesses.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

I have not received the order confirmation email, what can I do?

• Don't worry! Check that the email address entered when placing the order was correct. Also, check your spam/junk mail folder or the Promotions section of your email, in case the email ended up there. If everything is fine and you can't find the email, you can email us, message us on Instagram, or use the chat and we will confirm if everything is correct.

Can I wash the products?

• Of course! If your furry friend gets a product dirty, you can wash it. We recommend hand washing with cold or lukewarm water using neutral soap or soap specific for hand washing. Afterward, hang and air dry. Do not use a dryer, as the plastic elements could deteriorate.

How can I use a Discount Code?

• Discount codes or coupons must be redeemed at the time of completing your purchase, in the "discount code" box, by clicking Apply.
  You should be aware of the specific conditions of the coupon for it to be applied successfully. Coupons are usually not applicable to other promotions, nor are they valid during sales campaigns, Black Friday, etc.

What are the payment methods?

• At Huellas de Ibiza, we give you the option to pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. You can also split your purchase into 3 interest-free installments conveniently with Scalapay.
  All payments are processed by verified and completely trustworthy payment service providers. We do not store any data related to your credit card or any confidential payment information.

What are the shipping costs?

• Shipping costs will be FREE for the customer as long as the minimum order amount established at that time is exceeded (otherwise the shipping cost will be €4.90). These costs will be clearly displayed during the purchase process. You can find all the detailed information in the Shipping Policies and Refund Policy sections.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• From the moment you place an order, it may take 1 to 2 business days to process it and hand it over to our carriers.
  Once dispatched, shipments usually take between 3-5 days.
  To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, it usually takes approximately 4 to 7 business days, although during periods of high demand, shipping times may be longer. Occasionally, shipping times may be extended due to customs procedures.
  Please note that during periods of high activity such as sales seasons, Christmas, Black Friday, due to force majeure, or logistical incidents with the transport company... there may be delivery delays beyond Huellas de Ibiza's control. We will always try to get your package to you as soon as possible. You can track your shipment using the code you will receive in your email once the package has been dispatched.

What is the correct size for my dog?

• You can find detailed measurement charts in the description of each product and in the Size Guide section. We also provide instructions on the best way to measure your furry friend to ensure you choose correctly.
