1. How do I encapsulate the hair?

In 3 easy steps: You place your dog's hair inside the round pendant and add resin, which you will then cure with the quick-drying lamp included in the kit. You will find detailed written and video instructions for the process once you receive your kit.

2. Can I encapsulate hair from more than one pet?

Yes, you can encapsulate hair from as many pets as you wish at the same time. Always keep in mind that you will need to add less hair per pet so that it fits inside the round pendant.

3. Do I have to send my dog's hair for you to make my pendant?

No. This kit provides EVERYTHING you need (tools, materials, resin, chain, pendant...) and is designed so that anyone can encapsulate their dog's hair in an elegant and delicate pendant with their own hands in less than 15 minutes and in just 3 simple steps.

4. Can I encapsulate more than just my pet's hair?

Yes! In addition to your pet's hair, you can add other significant elements, such as their ashes or teeth, for example. Make it as unique as you want!

5. Is the pendant durable?

Yes, both the resin and the stainless steel chain are of high quality. Once completed, the pendant will be resistant to water, scratches, and daily wear and tear.

6. What happens if I make a mistake while making my pendant?

It is a very simple process where, if the instructions are followed, there should be no problems and the result should be as expected.

Additionally, we offer the option to add a second medallion and extra resin for a small additional cost, which will give you the peace of mind of having a second chance if something doesn't go as expected on the first attempt.

If the final result is still not what you expected, don't worry, contact us and we will find a way to find a solution.

7. Is it safe to work with resin?

Yes, the resin included in the kit is safe for home use and comes with detailed instructions for proper handling. We recommend working in a well-ventilated area.

8. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?

We accept returns of the Kit provided that none of its elements or tools have been tampered with or show evident signs of wear or use. If you have any problems with the materials or instructions, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you.

SAFETY DATA SHEET - UV RESIN

IMPORTANT: Read carefully before using the product.

1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
Product name: UV resin for memory encapsulation.
Recommended use: Home use for making resin pendants.

2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Use in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear gloves and protective eyewear when handling.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not ingest or inhale vapors.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure before use.

In case of skin contact: Wash immediately with soap and water.
In case of eye contact: Rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
In case of ingestion: Do not induce vomiting and seek immediate medical attention.

3. POTENTIAL HAZARDS (CLP Classification)

4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Make sure to work on a clean, well-ventilated surface.
Place your pet's hair or the item you wish to encapsulate in the mold.
Slowly pour the UV resin into the mold, ensuring all contents are covered.
Use the provided UV light to cure the resin for 3-5 minutes.
Once hardened, remove the piece and attach the chain.

5. STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Avoid direct sun exposure before use.
Keep in its original, tightly closed container.

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the piece with UV resin under the lamp, ensuring that the light shines directly onto the surface.
Activate the lamp and keep it on for 3 to 5 minutes until the resin has fully cured.
Turn off and unplug the lamp after each use.
