1. How do you encapsulate hair?

In 3 simple steps: You insert your dog's hair into the bracelet and add resin, which you then cure with the quick-drying lamp included in the kit. You will find detailed instructions for the process in writing and video once you receive your kit.

2. Can hair from more than one pet be encapsulated?

Yes, you can encapsulate hair from as many pets as you wish at the same time. Always keeping in mind that you should add less hair per pet so that it fits inside the bracelet.

3. Do I have to send my dog's hair to have my bracelet made?

No. This kit offers EVERYTHING necessary (tools, materials, resin, bracelet...) and is designed so that anyone can encapsulate their dog's hair in a thin and elegant bracelet with their own hands in less than 15 minutes and with only 3 simple steps.

5. Can I encapsulate something other than my pet's hair?

Yes! In addition to your pet's hair, you can add other significant elements, such as their ashes or teeth, for example. Make it as unique as you want!

6. Is the bracelet durable?

Yes, both the resin and the stainless steel bracelet are of high quality. Once completed, the bracelet will be water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and durable for daily wear.

7. What if I make a mistake while making my bracelet?

It is a very simple process where, if the instructions are followed, there should be no problem and the result should be as expected.

In addition, we offer the possibility of adding a second bracelet and additional resin for an extra cost, which will give you the peace of mind of having a second chance in case something does not go as expected on the first attempt.

8. Is it safe to work with resin?

Yes, the resin included in the kit is safe for home use and comes with detailed instructions for proper handling. We recommend working in a well-ventilated area.

SAFETY DATA SHEET - UV RESIN

IMPORTANT: Read carefully before using the product.

1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
Product name: UV resin for memory encapsulation.
Recommended use: Domestic use for making resin pendants.

2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Use in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear gloves and protective eyewear during handling.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not ingest or inhale vapors.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure before use.

In case of skin contact: Wash immediately with soap and water.
In case of eye contact: Rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical assistance if irritation persists.
In case of ingestion: Do not induce vomiting and go immediately to a health center.

3. POTENTIAL HAZARDS (CLP Classification)

4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Ensure you work on a clean, well-ventilated surface.
Place your pet's hair or the item you wish to encapsulate in the mold.
Slowly pour the UV resin into the mold, making sure to cover all contents.
Use the provided UV light to cure the resin for 3-5 minutes.
Once hardened, remove the piece and attach the chain.

5. STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Avoid direct sun exposure before use.
Keep in its original, tightly closed container.

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the piece with UV resin under the lamp, ensuring that the light shines directly onto the surface.
Activate the lamp and keep it on for 3 to 5 minutes until the resin has fully cured.
Turn off and unplug the lamp after each use.
