1. How do you encapsulate hair?

In 3 simple steps: You insert your dog's hair into the ring and add resin, which you will then cure with the quick-drying lamp included in the kit. You will find detailed written and video instructions for the process once you receive your kit.

2. Can hair from more than one pet be encapsulated?

Yes, you can encapsulate hair from as many pets as you wish at the same time. Always keeping in mind that you will need to add less hair per pet so that it fits inside the ring.

3. Do I have to send my dog's hair for you to make my ring?

No. This kit offers EVERYTHING you need (tools, materials, resin, ring...) and is designed so that anyone can encapsulate their dog's hair into an elegant and adjustable ring with their own hands in less than 15 minutes and in just 3 simple steps.

5. Can I encapsulate something other than my pet's hair?

Yes! In addition to your pet's hair, you can add other significant elements, such as their ashes or teeth, for example. Make it as unique as you want!

6. Is the ring durable?

Yes, both the resin and the stainless steel chain are high quality. Once completed, the ring will be water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and durable for daily wear.

7. What happens if I make a mistake when making my ring?

It is a very simple process where, if the instructions are followed, there should be no problems and the result should be as expected.

Additionally, we offer the possibility of adding a second ring and additional resin for an extra cost, which will give you peace of mind of having a second chance in case something doesn't go as expected on the first try.

If the final result is still not as expected, don't worry, contact us and we will find a way to resolve it.

8. Is it safe to work with resin?

Yes, the resin included in the kit is safe for home use and comes with detailed instructions for proper handling. We recommend working in a well-ventilated area.

9. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?

IMPORTANT: Read carefully before using the product.

1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Use in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear gloves and protective eyewear during handling.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not ingest or inhale vapors.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure before use.

In case of skin contact: Wash immediately with soap and water.
In case of eye contact: Rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
In case of ingestion: Do not induce vomiting and go immediately to a health center.

4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Ensure you work on a clean, well-ventilated surface.
Place your pet's hair or the item you wish to encapsulate into the mold.
Slowly pour the UV resin into the mold, ensuring it covers all contents.
Use the provided UV light to cure the resin for 3-5 minutes.
Once hardened, remove the piece and attach the chain.

5. STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure before use.
Keep in its original container, tightly closed.

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the piece with UV resin under the lamp, ensuring that the light shines directly onto the surface.
Activate the lamp and keep it on for 3 to 5 minutes until the resin has fully cured.
Turn off and unplug the lamp after each use.
